The Evil Grin I See in the Mirror
By: Dee
Norwalk, Ct
Description:
I remember mentioning on a chat board that I belong to, that if I happen to see my scar in the mirror, it feels like an evil
grin looking back at me telling me what a failure I am.

Scarred Uterus
By: Dee
Norwalk, Ct
Description:
The scar that nobody sees...the one that will not allow you to have a normal birth with another child (unless you go underground)
The VBAC climate in this country is bad right now and we need to fight to keep them available.

Hemmorhage in Lavender
By: Onewithwings
Item may be available for sale at Onewithwing's Etsy Shop
Please Visit Onewithwings Blog for further information
Description:
Colorful and abstract. I painted this picture after the stillbirth of my first daughter. I hemmorhaged post-partum (thanks
to a doctor that doesn't know enough not to pull on the cord to get the placenta out), and I nearly bled to death! Painting
this picture helped me deal with the emotional trauma I was dealing with after the birth.
Includes pink, purple, blue, green, and yellow.
